JUBILEE College Transition Symposium

Going to college can be a very rewarding experience, but it can also be quite devastating. An estimated 65% of Christian high school students stop attending church after they graduate. Only 51% of college students graduate within 5 years of their initial enrollment. There are countless other statistics that can be sited to indicate that the transition from high school to college is not easy. Are you prepared for the challenges ahead? How will you make the most of your college experience?

We believe that there are steps that can be taken to help students make a successful transition. On February 17, 2007 in Pittsburgh, PA college bound high school students, their parents and youth workers are invited to participate in a one day seminar addressing the transition from high school to college. Topics include: understanding the admissions process, choosing a major, finding Christian community, keeping your faith in college, and many more.

Consider taking one afternoon to prepare for the most important four years of your life!
